Truth Relation

We seem to have developed an odd relationship with truth. We can call up the most obscure facts in milliseconds, yet somehow that’s made us dumber, less connected to empirical reality. And I don’t mean in a dystopic or information control kind of way. It’s more simple than that. More hard wired to the core of who and what we are in this present moment in history. We’re just plain lazy and indifferent. Truth requires effort and caring.
